Production Positions
We are frequently looking for qualified individuals to work in our production area. All production jobs require individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. Full-time and part-time day shifts are available, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, unless noted otherwise. Positions report to the Order Fulfillment Operations Manager.
Production Planner – Detail-oriented and organized individual needed to schedule production work. The candidate must be reliable and responsive to customer service requests. Planner interacts daily with production, purchasing, sales, and customer service staff. Position requirements: excellent written/verbal communication and proofreading skills, attention to accuracy and follow-up, experience with databases and production scheduling software, associate degree or equivalent experience. Must be willing to learn company ERP system, processes, products, and materials.
Production Associate I - Entry level position in a cross-functional production role, including machine operations, material prep, secondary and assembly operations, using safety and quality protocols. The production associate must demonstrate an aptitude for basic math, following processes and procedures, blueprint reading, and basic computer skills. Experience running a PRECO press or Freeman High Speed press is a plus.
Production Associate III - Extensive experience in die-cutting is required for this advanced cross-functional production role, including machine set up, maintenance, and operations. Must demonstrate knowledge of dies, safety requirements, good communication, teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills. Forklift certification and knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and other quality procedures are preferred. Experience running a PRECO press or Freeman High Speed press is a plus.
Shipping & Receiving Positions

Order Fulfillment Associate - Entry level.
We are looking for an intelligent, motivated individual to work in the shipping and receiving department as a member of our Order Fulfillment Team. Full-time and part-time day shifts are available, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
Duties include: receiving product daily and carrying out incoming inspection; preparing, packaging, and shipping packages per customer requirement, both domestic and international; maintaining an organized warehouse; occasionally assisting in loading or unloading trucks; operating production equipment and secondary operations; and carrying out special projects as necessary. Position interacts with customer service, estimating, and production staff regularly.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or post-high school training
- 2 years’ work experience preferred
- Forklift certified or willing to learn
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Computer literate – ability to learn MS Outlook, Excel, UPS WorldShip, FedEx, DHL, and company ERM system
- Willing to learn to read blueprints and flowcharts
- Organized individual who is able to pay close attention to detail while multi-tasking
Industrial Customer Service Positions
Industrial Customer Service Representative
Web Seal is seeking a self-motivated individual to conduct sales of industrial sealing components, who will:
- Understand customer requirements
- Maintain detailed and updated databases
- Process, expedite, and follow-up orders
- Perform and report out sales analysis and feedback
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
The position works closely with the sales manager, outside sales, purchasing, and production staff. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and in a fast-changing job shop environment. Individual must quickly become knowledgeable about company products and ERM system, and follow all safety, quality, and other company guidelines.
Job requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good active listening skills
- Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales/customer service experience preferred, especially in manufacturing or industrial fields
- Familiarity with quality principles and digital communications
The position is an office-based, salaried position, full-time or part-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
